Our story started in 1990 when Mr. Ahmed Hamdan Al-Aradi Al-Balawi formed a proprietorship core under the name of Al-Balagha Group (ABG); a Trading
Holding Company of limited liability involved in Marine Services Development and Transport, and in Real Estate and Contracting.
HODOOD ALKAMAL Contracting Company (HKC) was introduced as a new merger to inaugurate a semi-independent role. HKC past and former roles were enfolded
from and within ABG set-up. The intention behind the newly merged name is to expand the part of serving the ABG private projects and PPP development
projects by entering this newly perceived prosperous contracting sector as the execution arm of ABG real-estate and development companies; Tamasuk and Al
Woroud.
(HKC) inborn legacy is the extent and the outspread of the contracting sector of Al-Balagha Group (ABG), which held specialized classifications that
engendered extensive and vast experiences in the following fields:
Infrastructure Construction: water supply and sewage work
Buildings Construction – Residential / Compounds / Commercial / Industrial
Finishing Works – Fitouts
Electrical & Mechanical – (MEP) works
Civil Works – Roads Construction.
The Group had successfully handed over projects with a total value exceeding 5 billion SAR for private and governmental sectors.
